Have questions about our services? You're in the right place!

How do I access the online programs?

After purchase, you will receive an invitation to create a TrueCoach account. Once you create an account, you can view your workouts in a web browser or by downloading the free TrueCoach app.

How long do I have access?

You will be able to access the digital portion for the length of your membership. But you can download a PDF copy to keep forever.

How long is each workout?

It depends. Most programs require at least 3 training sessions per week.  Each training session should take 1 to 2 hours. However, you may be assigned a 5 or 6 days per week training plan. The frequency is determined by your coach as they assess your goals, fitness level, schedule, etc.

Does the program include videos?

Yes. All exercises include a video tutorial. You will also have 24/7 access to speak with your coach through the app. You can also schedule zoom calls if you feel you need assistance with form and technique.

What if I’m not sure about my goals?

That's perfectly okay! Part of our coaching process involves exploring your values, passions, and aspirations to help you gain clarity on your goals. Together, we’ll uncover what truly matters to you, allowing you to set meaningful and achievable objectives.

I am injured, Is this Physical Therapy?

No. The information provided in this online program is not a substitute for skilled physical therapy treatment. We recommend you seek guidance from your healthcare provider if you have concerns about starting this program.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Due to the downloadable nature of this Online Program, refunds will not be issued once it is purchased.  We will do everything within our ability (and within reason) to ensure your satisfaction.
